Price and order:

The price indicated at the time of ordering is the applicable price. All prices include 25% VAT and Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned. We make reservations for delivery failures at subcontractors, tax changes and misprints. No binding purchase agreement has been entered into until you have received an order confirmation from ByBoving.com. We strive to respond within 24 hours, but there may be longer response times on weekends and holiday periods.

Payment:

You can pay with Dankort, Visa Dankort and Mastercard. We do not offer bank transfer or payment via PayPal. We use Nets as a payment service provider. We don't charge card fees. The amount will not be withdrawn on your card until the item is being deseeded.

Freight:

We deliver to Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. As well as some EU countries. Freight costs are added to the price of the image. We use GLS to handle logistics. You should expect that it can take up to 7 days from the order submission until the item is with you. You will get a track and trace link by mail as soon as the image is produced, packaged and on its way to you.

Right of withdrawal:

In the case of ordering prints in standard dimensions without installation, 14 days full right of return is granted on goods purchased in our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. Return costs must be borne by you. Withdrawal must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment within 14 days of the shipment. The message must be given by email on info@byboving.dk. In the notice, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Right of complaint:

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a warranty for 24 months. If your complaint is justified (e.g. that the image is damaged during transport), this means that you can either have the item exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you discover the error. If you advertise within two months of the error being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. We would prefer you to document complaints with images sent to us via the contact form – there is no need to return a damaged image as we cannot repair or resell it.

Force majeure:

Should the delivery be prevented in whole or in part due to force majeure, it relieves ByBoving I/S of any liability. Force majeure includes industrial disputes, war, civil war, blockade, barriers, political unrest, state intervention, lack of propellants, or other external circumstances affecting the supply of the products sold.

Personal data policy:

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, delivery address, email and phone number 10:00. We record and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you. We disclose information to our partners about production and logistics, but only the data necessary to get the product manufactured and sent to your chosen delivery address. The personal data is recorded with ByBoving.com and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. In addition, we cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. The controller of the ByBoving.com and ByBoving.dk is CVR No 41494735. You have the right to know what information we process about you. If you think the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This could be, for example, if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we needed it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us via the contact forum.

Redress:
